Research Interests: 

Dr. Gazitt researches the role of the innate immune system in breakdown of immune tolerance in rheumatological conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Clinical Interests: 

Dr. Gazitt’s specific areas of interest include rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory arthritis such as gout, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, and inflammatory myopathies. She has a special interest in managing rheumatological conditions during pregnancy and breast feeding. She also specializes in the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound in treating inflammatory arthritis.
