Inpatient service
Three UW Medicine medical centers provide inpatient rheumatology services in the greater Seattle area: University of Washington Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, and VA Puget Sound Health Care System.
Outpatient Service
Our outpatient service offers care for a broad range of rheumatological conditions. General Rheumatology clinics are available at all HMC, VA, and Roosevelt Bone and Joint, in addition to several joint specialty clinics.
General Rheumatology Clinics
General Rheumatology Clinics provide care for the majority of rheumatologic conditions. Most of these clinics are teaching clinics, i.e. a medical student, resident, or rheumatology fellow may also participate in patient care.
Specialty Clinics
Many of our faculty specialize in unique rheumatic conditions and collaborate with specialists in other disciples to deliver top-tier specialty care. Specialties include Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, a Dermatology-Rheumatology clinic, Interstitial Lung Disease/Rheumatology Clinic, and a Neuromuscular Diseases/Rheumatology Clinic.
Patient Referrals
Providers wishing to refer a patient can do so via the UW Medicine referral portal.
Potential patients wishing to process a self-referral can make an appointment with a UW Medicine provider by calling (206)-520-5000 or 1-877-520-5000.
